This vanity is absolutely gorgeous. I purchased it because I was going for a vintage look in my bedroom and this wood color was perfect. The drawer space is enough for holding the majority of my makeup. I have a pretty large collection, so it didn't hold all of it, but I once I put in my most used makeup, there was plenty of room. The lights are great and there are three different options for coolness or warmth of the light. You can also dim the brightness a couple of levels. Something that I missed because I failed to read the description, was that the lights stick on and the wire is visible. I was a little bummed that the lights didn't screw into the mirror and that you'd be able to see wire, but after I assembled it, it was not near as tacky as I thought it would be. The lights are designed where you can wrap the wire around the base and make it nice and tight and you don't even notice it once everything is put together. You CAN see it, don't get me wrong, but it's not obtrusive. Also, the bench is sturdy. I am plus size, way over 200 lbs, and I'm not nervous about the bench at all. I can sit on it with ease and I am not nervous that it's going to give up the ghost while I'm doing my lipstick. The assembly was super easy. The instructions were easy to follow. All of the hardware is well labeled and the tools are easy to use. I put it together by myself. I didn't really time it, but I'd say it took me about an hour maybe? ... show more

Very cute and lots of pieces, but not hard to put together as long as you have a screw gun. Bench and vanity feel very solid and sturdy. The lights stick on, so you don’t even have to put them on if you don’t want! Looks great in my room, and has enough space for what I need!

When I opened the package, I said to myself, "Cr@p, this is really small." Then I remembered it was for my 5 year-old's new room and decided it was the perfect fit. I got different drawer knobs ($10-15) and a square of fluffy fabric from the store which was really easy to build into the furniture since the seat comes as multiple pieces. I haven't decided yet if I want to use the lights as they are very bright. They plug into a USB, but they also send the wall adapter. Overall, it is very cute for a kid and fits the price point. I really was impressed at the quality of this item for how cheap it was. It feels like a more expensive piece of furniture. It was NOT easy to put together, but I should probably add the disclaimer that I’m a total dummy when it comes to furniture assembly so it could just be. If you’re on the fence, just get it!
