These are truly the best drapes / curtains. I bought them in 84”and loved them just enough privacy and light but also fall very tailored classy look. I wanted them in 96”for entrance to sun room they were unavailable so I bought really expensive ones from big “store brand” quality, and look didn’t compare returned others bought more in 108” the quality is worth altering and I am hoping to buy more in 96 for other rooms when they become available. I am sensitive to chemicals and know true healthy materials these are safe and beautiful Highly recommend! ... show more

These curtains are exactly as described. The cotton material is much nicer than other material such as polyester. I bought these for the living room to help manage the temperature of the room and for privacy. They're definitely helping to keep the room cooler and excellent for privacy. I bought 2 pairs of the 63 inch burgundy and one pair of the 84 inch burgundy. The only problem I see is one panel of one of the sets of the 63 inch is about 2-3 inches longer than the other one, but I can hide that behind the desk. Even with this error, these curtains are a very good value for me. I bought some so called "blackout" and "energy efficient" curtains from Walmart and was very unhappy. The cotton material of these curtains is a much better value and does the job right. ... show more

These 100% cotton drapes are very nice. They are like a soft, small weave burlap. I would have given 5 stars if they were as think as the hems. Then they would be black out drapes. As they are, light gets through but they are opague enough that nobody can see through them.

    • Not organic, but no chemical smell
I have been searching for awhile for room darkening curtains without fire retardants or other chemicals. I would have preferred organic but they are hard to find! So I took a chance with these in black. I didn't put much faith in the description of "no chemicals", but I was pleasantly surprised when the curtains didn't smell when I opened the package. I washed them before hanging and air dried them. No shrinkage. They look great and do a good job of darkening the room. Not black-out, and I imagine if a lighter color was purchased it would not be the same darkening as the black curtains I purchased. The grommets are huge, but not an issue for me. ... show more

    • Our Second Time! Still Divine! Wash, Iron, then Mount!

This is our Second Set to Purchase. Bought the first set last year and loved them so much we just bought another set for the bedroom French Doors. We love how the lighten up the space, are cotton, and easy to clean. I couldn't recommend more!! UPDATE:: WASH FIRST! With company coming, I hung these right away. After sometime I took the down to wash and they shrank by like 5 inches. Had to take rod down and drop it. Although they came as a pair, one is much longer than other. I can mend this. Fir my other pair. I will hang dry and see if there is less shrinkage. Our rods a mounted so...man! Wash before hanging. ... show more
