I have 8 cameras mounted around the outside of my house. I of them quit working. This camera was a cheaper purchase than buying one like I have. This camera has a better picture and night vision than the more expensive ones I have. Very happy so far. I will replace mine with these as needed.

I had been using their dvr for 5 years with a set of samsum cameras no problem. Lately I decided to get their whole ststem, the not poe system, 5mp cameras. I was haven issues with then, they responded very quickly, I fix the issue. This cameras are very sensitive to anything too close to their infrared, so if a wall is too close to either side of then and the light reflect the infrared wont work at night. Bought this camera since I just replaced my old DVR with a new TigerSecu DVR and I wanted to start replacing my old cameras. The picture was so blurry I couldn't see the face of my wife standing about 15 feet away. I went through the manual and tried adjusting the picture quality. Great camera. I bought this to upgrade from a 1080p camera I already had. The 5MP camera is much clearer in live view, but I don’t see a tremendous difference on recorded video, although it is better.
