This little saw is amazing. I didn't expect much because it is so small, but what a surprise. It cuts well, fast, and goes as long as the battery charge holds, about four hours. I confess I have used it for limbs larger than it was designed for, but it performed just as well on the bigger ones as on the smaller ones. (I don't advise using it, abusing it, this way, but i had an emergency with a tree down and no other saw at hand). I am so thankful to have this saw. It works so well yet it is light, only a little over three pounds. It arrived ready to use except for adding bar oil. Also, came with an extra chain, cleaning brush, bottle for bar oil and screw driver for chain adjustment. Adjusting the chain or replacing it is easy. Very clear instructions are also included. Perfect for my needs and very easy to use. Cut thru 6” limbs with no problem. Battery lasted the whole day. It is not heavy so it makes it very manageable. Surprised that it also came with an extra chain, gloves and goggles. Really good value.

Lots of power for a small electric chainsaw. I used it to cut up an old fence and medium-sized branches. I am used to chainsaws, so I saw that the chain was off the runner. It wasn't hard to open and adjust, but I'm used to it. The chain adjustment is challenging to tighten, but it isn't hard to take apart, change, etc. For it's ease of use and coat, it's great. I would mention that it doesn't come with chainsaw oil, which you must use. Use the button to release it onto the blade often when using it for your safety. After a heavy spring snowstorm, huge tree branches from my neighbor’s yard fell into mine. My little pruner wasn’t up to the job of cutting up the branches to put in the bin. I ordered the Tietoc mini chainsaw and I’m so pleased with its performance! In its box, safety glasses and gloves are included. I bought chainsaw oil separately - that’s not included. I dont know whats up with any of negitive reviews but I used it today to cut down a thick bush and all branches and it cut like butter !! It was just so damn handy, the chain never came off and it cut even the thickest branch with ease... So far I have nothing negative at all and if i do i will comment later but this worked flawlessly under heavy use for at least 30 minutes of constant cutting, battery excellent ! ... show more

This is a great product for many reasons, one a great price, two Works as good as a chainsaw, three convenient and portable. This hand chainsaw will get into places a regular chainsaw can't, and all the extras you get with it makes the price even better.

    • It’s lightweight. It cut down a crepe Myrtle tree with no trouble at all. In fact I did 3 of them.

Ease of use ! I’m a woman that’s 65 and it’s a trimming and cutting whiz ! It’s all put together when you get it. Fill the oil bottle about 3/4 the way up and put it in the trimmer. Charge the battery and head outside . I’m going to buy more for gifts

This would have rated higher if the user manual was in English. The cover is printed in English, but the instructions are are not; they are in French, Italian, German and Spanish. What little I have used it, it performed very well. It should be so much handier than grabbing my big gas powered chain saw for the "little stuff" that need cut down or trimmed on my acreage. My test run was a quick 20 minutes, anything I tried it on, it handled the task quite easily. The largest cut was a limb about 4 inches in diameter and it quickly cut through it. I did not notice any battery fade what so ever in this short test so can not attest one way or the other about battery life, but will say it looks promising. ... show more
