It's always hard to say how well supplements work because you can't really tell if it's doing anything, but I think this is one of those exceptions. I do feel an uptick in energy and have had no negative side effects from the thyroid supplement. You get 60 in a bottle and the dose is 2 per day, so this is a 30 day supply. I think $14 for 30 days isn't a terrible price, but I'm not sure I could afford to keep going as I have other supplements I'm also taking. I think if the price was lowered to $10, I'd be more likely to take it regularly. That said, if I see continued improvement, I might just have to bight the bullet. The capsules are large and not super easy to swallow, but I don't notice any bad flavor or aftertaste. I'm pretty happy with this supplement and will see how it goes over the next couple of weeks. ... show more

    • Great supplement, didn't like the color
My wife has been taking the Thyroid supplements for a few months and decided to get these ones as: 1. These are made in USA 2. Contain Selenium, B12 and Manganese. These were prescribed to my wife for her high TSH but low T6 count. 3. Comes at half the price of other supplements that have a similar composition. The ones that are of similar price or cheaper lack on Manganese, Selenium and other minerals. 4. Have generally been disappointed with GMP of other makers. It is difficult to ascertain the quality of a supplement in one month unless you are suffering from acute deficiency. Generally that is not common in today's environment so I won't comment much on the quality. In the last couple of weeks, there is no indication that the quality is not up to mark. These are the two things that I didn't specifically like. 1. There was a huge block of cotton on the top of the bottle. I understand that the purpose is to ensure that the capsules don't jiggle too much but I personally don't like cotton for that purpose. 2. The color of the capsules. They have a dark green color. It is a nice product with a lot of natural ingredients, why add color to the shell. Just leave it without a dye. Both these are my specific gripes, they may or may not apply to you. I’m just recovering from a nasty bout of RSV and am feeling sluggish with a bit of brain fog. Since I’m looking to be ‘fit as a fiddle’ for spring gardening I thought a bit of a boost might be helpful. At 70-something and otherwise healthy (not on any medications) I am hoping that an OTC for thyroid support will help. I am a big proponent of Ashwaghanda and like that it is included in this Healths Harmony Thyroid Support Blend. Today was my first dose and I hope to feel some improvement within a couple of weeks. I doubt I would order this again. I ordered it because I thought it might help with puffy eyes that I have read can sometimes be a sign of a thyroid issue, even though I have no other reason to suspect a problem. I hadn't been taking any B vitamins, so decided this supplement would be fine to add to my regimen. So far it has had no negative effect and my energy level has remained the same or a little better. The capsules are small enough to swallow easily, there are no odd odors, and no stomach upsets. However, based on the labels, there is no third-party testing and this is not produced in a GMP compliant plant. The capsules have some of the usual additives, which some people may wish to avoid. I will continue to take this, although it is hard to know which supplement is producing which effect. The ingredients are fine and good additions to other supplements I take for other reasons. I don't think, however, that I would order this again, as I would look for something with third-party testing. ... show more

With a product like this, it is obviously hard to tell if it is being fully absorbed by the body, and you can't really evaluate if it contains the amounts of the things that it says. That being said, i have been taking it for several days, and i like it just fine. No weird burps or gas, no bad taste or aftertaste. Easy to swallow. I will continue to use it, as i like the trace elements this product offers. ... show more

it is difficult to tell what these ingredients are actually DOING for me. I have a hard time quantifying things like "improved mood" (or energy). Will keep taking them to see, but..... the price for the quantity did scream GOOD VALUE and it was delivered quickly and well packaged.
