  • Aggressive tread design for off-road conditions
  • Thundered all-season tire with open tread lugs that prevent mud and sand build-up

Description

The Thundered Trac Grip M/T R408 has an aggressive tread pattern for extreme off-road conditions, with an upper sidewall aesthetic that off-roaders love! The tire looks great, and has wide open tread lugs so that mud and sand are easy cleared out from between the blocks. The rubber used in the Thundered Trac Grip M/T R408 is extra chip resistant for gravel roads and sharp rocks. On the upper sidewall, the traction bars protect the casing when the tire runs up against an obstacle that could otherwise puncture the tire. Available in raised black letters or outlined white letters. Great value for any off-road enthusiast! The tires are manufactured in a state of the art facility in Thailand.

  • Great tire value
These tires are not bad on the highway and have great traction off road. Road noise is not whisper quiet, however not real loud I’ve heard louder these as I mentioned are tolerable for a mud tread. Just installed so can’t really comment on tread life, so far happy with price and ride-ability.

  • Impressive and affordable M/Ts
I think these are a fantastic value, when buying from a more notable brand will easily make the cost of a new set of tires is $1k+ I like these so much that this is my second set on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. They have excellent road manners and they excel off road especially when aired down. As long as they continue to be an affordable and high quality product, I will continue to buy them for my 4x4 vehicles. I would like to caution using the seller Tires.Auto and shipping through FedEx. Both have terrible customer service and other reviews will paint a similar picture. ... show more

  • Wow!
I was very hesitant about these as the price was, well, cheap. The tires are not! They look fantastic. I spent 2months researching tires. I was ready to go all in with high dollar tires when I found these. They are very quiet for a mud tire. I put them on my 87 3/4 ton Suburban. I received 2 complements on my suburban first day out. First at the grocery store, then at the off road swap meet, where I saw people paying redicules prices on wore out second hand tires, while I just smiled know what I had just purchased brand new at less then these used ones were going for. No problems balancing, no vibrations smooth down the road. 70 miles an hour cruzing. ... show more

  • Great tire
I am very pleased with these tires so far. Don't have many miles on them yet but I was able to try them in the mud briefly and they performed well. And they look awesome! In fact two different people have described them as 'sexy'! I saw where someone had mentioned the air pressure and side to side sway if the pressure is low. A lot of people set it lower for a softer ride. Don't do it with these tires, air them up to 80psi. Esoecially if you pull a trailer or carry heavy loads. But they work great on my 98 Chevy Z71. ... show more
