  • Solid & Quiet w/Killer Traction
When my Cooper's were done I started shopping for months for the next set and after exhaustive research I settled on these Courser MXTs and I know that I made the right choice! I bought these October, 2019 and put them on immediately. First, I gotta say, they're beautiful. If you like chunky treadblocks and stiff sidewalls, these tires are king; my first stop after mounting these I had people approach me and say "that's one of the coolest Disco's I've ever seen!" And that's becuase of the tires, my '04 HSE is gorgeous and pristine (not in the photos, it's till nothing but rain here so she's dirty) and she turns heads, but not like this. That was the first of at least a dozen walk up compliments. They've been in use for more than 7 months and I've been through the crappy weather of fall, winter, and spring: rain, snow, ice, rock, gravel, and highway travel and these by far outperform my old Cooper Discoverers. They bring confidence back on both snow and icy roads, their grab in all conditions is very impressive. I was mostly surprised at the standup sidewall and quietness. I can take corners and accelerate out of turns with confidence; you don't get the unsettling squishy feel that usually comes with larger tires ... and these babies are quiet! I can do 65 on the freeway in my Disco with the windows down and listen to music and have a conversation, I never expected that with MXTs. I had planned on getting these siped, but after their performance as is, I think I'll hold off, I like the full look of the solid treadblocks. Thank you Mastercraft, superior product I would recommend to anyone! ... show more

  • get every bit as good of traction so far (winter use) much better traction ...
I have Toyo M/T's on my Ford Bronco, which were very expensive, and I got these for my 95 F-150. These were half the price, get every bit as good of traction so far (winter use) much better traction than many tires I have used to winter and they make no road noise, I am very impressed these are super nice tires. I will definitely purchase more of these for my other vehicles in the future instead of other over priced tires like Toyo. ... show more

  • High quality tire at a bargain
All thing considered (price, quality, looks, road noise) these are some of the best mud tires you can buy without paying a premium. Mastercraft tires are made by cooper and it’s my understanding that these are a less flashy version of the cooper STT pro. They’re aggressive looking but not such an extreme mud tire that they ride terribly and are outrageously noisy. They ride decent and aren’t crazy loud on the highway. I’m not sure how long they will last but with regular rotations I hope to get 40k or so before getting a new set. So far so good but I will update when I get a better idea of how they will wear. ... show more

  • Great looking tires and impossible to beat price
Needed to tires for my 2004 Jeep Wrangler, wanting something fairly aggressive that could handle light off road duty but still be relatively sane on the highway. These were very inexpensive compared to almost anything else I could find. Tires look great and the noise level is surprisingly low considering the tread. Highly recommend these tires. ... show more

  • Quiet for a mud tire
I was shocked at how quite these tires are! They are great on and off the road. I don't know how long they will last, but they seem to be holding up very well.

  • Great tires for the price
Bought these for my 97 grand Cherokee with a 2 inch budget boost. Tires are quiet on the road and have good traction in my muddy pasture. Tires mounted on a 15x7.5 wheel came out to be 30.6 inches tall and 9.8 inches wide so a little on the small side for a 31x10.5. Only complaint i have with them is they took alot of weight to balance but i did eventually get it to zero with some patience. Good tires for the price and i definitely would buy again. ... show more

  • Great tires!
Very nice quality tire. It’s a quiet tread design despite the big lugs. I was surprised by the ride and quietness of them. Other reviews stated the same thing and it’s why I tried them.
