My RV has a Schwintek slider system that the manufacturer says to not lube. That's just dumb, because parts are rubbing against each other. My slide was bogging down, and I could find nothing getting in the way. I injected a few shots of Thedford's Slide Lube in the appropriate places (as recommended by my RV technician). I always like to keep a can of this on hand. Treat our slideouts at least twice a year and have even loaned it to another camper who's slideouts were making a wicked noise trying to come out. They were very thankful.

Our slide out on our trailer was making a noise and you could tell it was from the rubber seal, sprayed this on it and no more noise and the slide out glides out now.
