I got this stand about a month ago now and absolutely love it. I am a college student and do most of my work from home as I commute to school. With this, I struggle a LOT to stay in one place for extended periods of time and often find myself wanting to leave the house and work literally anywhere else. Unfortunately, despite the covid shutdown being over for about 2 years now, there still are not many places that stay open into the evening or late at night like there used to be. While I was able to find a few places here and there, these shops and cafes were most of the time too far to drive to, overcrowded, or simply too busy and distracting to focus. Anyways, with my constant need for a change in "scenery," this stand has truly made the biggest difference. I love getting outside so bringing this with me wherever I go when driving has become a new norm, especially with how nice the weather's been lately! It fits perfectly in my bag, it is so so so light, and very easy to set up. The first time I put the stand up it must've taken 3 minutes at most. Having this during finals was probably the best thing I could have done for myself in a reallyy long time. 10/10 recommend for college students. ... show more

Let’s set expectations. It’s not ultralight so don’t think your going to hike 50 miles with it but it makes up for it in build quality. This thing is amazingly over built and I love it. I do I.T. work and frequent a lot of I.T./Server rooms where there’s no place to put my laptop. This thing saves my left arm from being a laptop stand.
