I've had KT tape applied at my doctor's office and I've done it myself at home. Some brands are easier to apply & withstand use than others. This brand is one of the best available. The tape arrived quickly and was as pictured. The color was vibrant and as shown. The price was far better than retail and worth EVERY PENNY The instructions were clear & included pictures, a great plus, they also discussed where to apply tension, when to apply tension and, just how much tension to use when applying the tape based upon the body part you're trying to support. They provide photos so you know you've done so correctly & I've had my doctor compliment my application thanks to those instructions. Once on, the adhesive did not peel back around the edges or at points where there's a bending or flexing joint. It held and didn't peel back until after two aqua spin classes & my fourth shower yet, even then it was because it snagged on my towel. I love that! No one has time or money to waste reapplying tape Give it a try. It's a low tech, low cost, alternative to some of the more traditional means of muscle support that's amazingly effective. This tape it so good at relieving my foot and ankle pain! I never realized a tape could help as much as this has. It’s way better than the tape my podiatrist put on me. I’ve been spreading the word to all my friends and family. 🤩

I have been suffering from pantella tendinitis with quad pain. Applied this tape after icing my knee for 20 minutes by instructions and instantly was able to walk with comfort and support. Love how it supports the knee in position. Highly recommend for pain and support . Reordered another box again today just to have extra. Definitely a God send!! ... show more

We love this tape, both my fiancee and I suffer from chronic pain and have pre existing conditions. This tape allows us to go to work (I stand n walk all day as a teacher) plus we work out to help our conditions. We use it daily and our last shipment, we ordered two rolls. We plan on ordering more next week since we are down one roll :) Great stuff for the price and much better to take off (n doesn't feel like it's ripping off skin) than the more expensive name brand tape. ... show more

    • Good staying power! Beware sensitive skin types

This tape sticks really well. And the shapes make it more effective to apply the proper tension on the tape depending on where the tape is used. I am only giving this tape 3 stars because it ripped part of my skin off after having it on for a week. Ouch! The adhesive made me itch a little as well. I won’t buy or recommend this tape to others if they have sensitive or semi-fragile skin.It is also in precut strips and it just doesn’t work for some of the larger areas that I wanted to use it on. If you don’t have either of those problems, this could be the tape for you. ... show more

My Physical Therapist used this tape on my knee right before my trip. It’s AMAZING!!! I was able to go up and down the stairs much better with the Kinesiology Tape on! I recommend this brand 100%.... PS: It also gives instructions to tape different areas.
