If I need branded items from Amazon, I always order from the brand store. I usually place a large order for The Ordinary products in November because they have their big sale. Went to Ulta and Sephora and they don’t carry this item in stock so it would have to be shipped incurring extra cost. Amazon had it and I had within 3 days. MIX INTO YOUR MOISTURIZER This is one of those rare products where I actually see a difference the VERY NEXT DAY!! It wake up with much softer and clearer skin. Every day I wake up with some new acne but with this mixed in with my daily moisturizer (saves time and forces me to use it consistently), I haven’t seen ANY new acne when I wake up and it’s immediately reduced my existing acne. Adding this to face lotion will last forever. Haven’t used long enough to see effects. Be sure and read directions about adding to a type of lotion orcream

Very good product, but consumers are not given enough knowledge on how to use it. The scoop it comes with is far too large for the amount you’re actually supposed to use. (Kinda scammy so you have to buy more frequently) but luckily you can’t hurt your skin or body by taking too much. I recommend talking to a dermatologist before use so you know what you’re doing. ... show more

This is an amazing product if you use it as instructed and BE CAREFUL what you mix it with and HOW MUCH you use. Niacinamide is my favorite active and I use the 10% serum twice a day on top of more niacinamide in the rest of my products. I NEVER have any irritation except for when I mix this in with something I'm not supposed to- then my skin feels like it's burning off and I'm irritated for days. The media could not be loaded. I had no idea that this could cause such a horrible reaction to my skin, upon further searcher I realized that this product is really bad for sensitive skin. I am a very oily and so I had decided to buy this product in order to disrupt oilyness. However this did not have it intended effect. I washed this off my face after a few hours of burning, as I just thought the product was working. After profusely washing my face and just putting on a simple moisturizer, my face has broken out so badly and it itches intensely, it is also very red and irritated. Never had such a bad reaction to a product, I definitely do not recommend for anyone with sensitive skin. Look out for any products with niacimide as well! ... show more
