The front says Extra Hold, but unfortunately It does Not Hold for me Whatsoever which is why I had to take a Star because that’s what I needed. My daughter used it on her edges (she has braids) it laid down when she applied it, but by the time she got to school it was already lifting. It doesn’t hold, seems more like a pomade than an actual edge control

This is a good edge control but not the best I've used. Has a pleasant smell. It does not leave a white residue. This edge control does not have a strong hold. It definitely won't keep your hair slicked down if you live in a hot and humid area.
