All you do is put the cup in freezer get whatever type of drink you want make sure you put the lid on first before you start squeezing the cup to prevent the liquid from spilling. The media could not be loaded. This cup is pretty good. It does come apart pretty easily but I figured out how to put it back together. I think that's key, as then you can wash it to prevent mold. The part with the little spokes points down, above the colored section. You'll notice that one little lip ring fits inside the other. You have to put the freezer soft cup inside those two sections that fit together and then screw the colored part with the spokes into that one. My son loved this cup. It turned any cool drink into an icy dessert that he was amazed by. Unfortunately, after only 2 months of owning the cup, and maybe 6 - 8 uses, the interior cup sprung a leak. The contents leaked out of the interior cup and in between it and the exterior liner. Not impressed with this product. Although we did get it to work after I realized drinks MUST be cold first, it took too much time and effort. My 3 & 5 year old weren't able to do this themselves...you have to squeeze really hard to make any liquid a slushie and can only pour a little bit of liquid at a time unless you want it to overflow and make a mess when squeezing. I used to have this as a kid I was so surprised they were still selling these😭😭 Honestly I was assuming it wouldn’t work as well but I put lemonade and it took like a minute maybe two tops to make a slushy. I did have a hard time taking the clear part off. So it just came off with the white. Other than that it was rly cool. Definitely recommend for quick Icees ... show more
