I bought these a couple of months ago specifically for sprouting. They will not sprout. I contacted Terrasoul. They said "our Flax seeds don't sprout". I said, well thats news to me because the bag says "Raw and Sproutable". I was issued a refund, But now I noticed (months later), that they are still on here, and the bag still says " Raw and Sproutable" So now I am leaving a negative review. This is my question. A seeds job in life is to sprout, and grow a new plant, right? So... If these seeds are not hulled, are truly RAW, and nonGMO, why don't they sprout? Something has to be done to a seed to prevent sprouting??? ... show more

I take the flax seeds for my bowels, so I take 1 Tablespoon every morning to keep me regulated. I do not get gas from the flax seeds, and they give me an overall feeling of "at peace with my self"

I use natural flaxseed to create slip in my natural hair. The Terrasoul Superfoods Organic Brown Flax seeds cause my hair to have definition that lasts all week, without the white cast residue. Really affordable, and smells great. Definitely recommend to all of my natural friends.

I purchased golden and Brown Flax seeds the appear high quality and very fresh. I use seeds and grains mostly for baking. I am writing this strictly because of your promise to donate to protection of pollinators which are overall abused by being forced to pollinate single crops. Bees also need variety to be healthy. I hope your operations take this into account The only criticism I have is that I do not see a Recycle emblem on the packaging. Another very important problem in our environment. Please try to find plant based biodegadable packaging plastics are killing the planet. Thanks ... show more

This stuff is great value for your money. It goes a longggg way. I purchased this to make my own natural at home hair gel. You just boil the flax seeds in some water (add as many or as few flax seeds depending on how strong you want your gel to be) and strain the gel to remove the seeds, then refrigerate. It's a great alternative to using chemicals in your hair, especially if you are suffering from any type of hair conditions, like dry, brittle, thinning hair, etc. The seeds are fresh, so if you are planning to actually consume them, I give that the go ahead as well. ... show more

I love incorporating freshly ground flax in our food. Here are some of the ways I do that: 1. Ground and combine with homemade dough we use to make tortillas 2. Sprinkle over almost anything really(salads, lentils etc) 3. Sprinkle into pancake mix. It’s tasteless really so works well with most foods. Also, on a side note has helped family members who battle GI challenges be more regular:) ... show more

I use flaxseed in smoothies and oatmeal, etc. This product was packaged extremely well, nice thick bag that can be resealed. It's whole seed to retain nutrients, and I can grind what I need. The value was very good and flavor as well. Thanks!
