These seeds are a great value and I like buying them in bulk since I usually eat about 2-3 tablespoons daily. They've always arrived fresh and in good condition (no obviously spoiled or rotten seeds, none chewed by rodents, and very few broken). They have a good nutty taste.

I'm buying for health benefits not taste.

Hoping they do everything "they" say pumpkin seeds do. Love the no salt. They are bland and not really crunchy like my walnuts. But they do provide protein and fill my belly instead of a cookie. I would buy again. I have had good experience with the brand.
