Compared to non-sprouted pumpkin seeds, have a lot less carbs, which is great for keto dieters like me. Flavors are great, and I'll spray the seeds with coconut oil, then sprinkle pink salt to make them even better. Anthony's products have always been great, and priced well.

I like these a lot. I’ve been purchasing Terrasoul pumpkin seeds, which are similarly priced and also quite good. Anthony’s were a bit crunchier, which I liked. My 4 and 2 year olds like these - that has to say something. Would highly recommend.

Although these are fresh, great tasting, and organic, I'LL NEVER BUY THEM AGAIN UNTIL Anthony's stops using aluminum on the inside of their bags.
