Directions The instructions for our teeth whitening strips: 1. You must dry your teeth with a towel or cloth 2. Peel: Open the pouch and take out the teeth whitening strips. Recommended usage: Use once per day for 30-60 minutes, for at least consecutive 14 days; after finishing the whitening treatment, you should maintain the whitening effect at least 3 times per week. Wow! These work really well, and are super easy to use. I've tried other brands and they slide off my teeth. These actually stick to your teeth for the whole 30 minutes, and as promised, they did not cause any sensitivity. I drink several cups of coffee daily, at least one glass of iced tea daily, and red wine a couple of times a week, so my teeth take a hit, but these things are fantastic. Also worth noting - I have a ceramic (or something) "veneer" of sorts on one of my front teeth, and other whiteners have not helped it. These strips whitened evenly, even over the artificial surface. Just got these and I love that they actually seemed to stay in place better than others I’ve used. Also it came with a teeth whitening color scale which is awesome because I will be able to compare if they actually work. I started somewhere around 11-13 on the scale, and I’ll try to update my review with where I end after I’ve used them all. I left the first set on for 60 minutes with no sensitivity so far. The mint is strong so I felt a little tingle first putting them on, but no sensitivity today after using it! ... show more

I am very satisfied with these whitening strips. I am 70+ years old and my teeth have staining from coffee and tea over the years. Initially I thought that this product would not work for me; however, after the first treatment I saw a little change in my tooth discoloration. I have used these whitening strips for 6 days and I can say that each day of use I see a difference in my teeth discoloration. I already see a difference in using these a few days in a row. This requires a 14 day 30mins a day process. I love the mild mint flavor and the fact that the strips actually stick to my teeth with no issues of movement and the gel moving around to swallow. I've not had any irritation on my gums and they are super discrete and easily can continue conversation while brightening my teeth! I am delighted with these whitening strips. I have seen some staining due to the regular consumption of coffee and tea for many years. I was looking for whitening strips to remove the strains and found these strips. It worked nicely and I saw the difference with the first usage itself.
