I think I paid $60 for this bench. I think it is worth that. It was extremely easy to assemble, I think there were two screws and two pins. The metal frame underneath the bench seems sturdy. It does not wobble when I sit on it, when I do single arm rows, when I do dumbell pullovers, etc. The padding is not super thick, but I find it comfortable enough. My only note of caution to buyers--I am 5'8ish and medium build, and for me this is just big enough. If you are tall or very large build or are on the 'wider' side or all that combined, this may not be the right bench. It is somewhat narrow and on the shorter side. It is not the size of a typical professional gym bench. But very sturdy and good for the price. It gets the job done, and if I scratch it or or leave an imprint from dumbbells on it, I won't be bothered very much. ... show more

This bench was easy to put together and feels sturdy. The pad is thick making it comfortable to use. It's easily adjustable for different uses. Exactly what I needed at an affordable price. Would reccomend.

    • Solid quality sturdy design
I use my bench for situps and it's ideal. I hook my feet into the padded comfortable foot pegs and I begin burning out situps. The back has many inclined settings which will really put a burn to your abs but I'm very satisfied with keeping it at a flat level adjustment. Dumbbells (which I do not yet own) would be of great use with this bench. I appreciate the padding that is an inch thicker than most other benches offered on the market. This is a well designed and solid built bench. I appreciate the included tools and even a nice quality tool pouch. Assembly was very easy straight out of the box and took only about 15 minutes.
