I had purchased this repair disc with the hopes that I can get my crashed computer to work again. Back in spring of 2022 my HP laptop had upgraded to windows 11, but immediately after the so-called "upgrade" my computer had crashed and giving me error messages that windows could not be loaded. The use of this disc has allowed me to go further than any other fix or process has gotten me, but unfortunately I cannot roll back the Windows 11. This repair disc had worked as it was supposed to, but unfortunately it's my computer that is corrupted.     • DO NOT BUY THIS!!!
The media could not be loaded. I bought this wanting to upgrade to windows 10. I got the first disk and that one didn't work. I contacted seller who told me he would send me another one that the one I got was probably corrupted. Got the second disk and tried to install it. Ended up completely bricking my laptop. Can't use the key board cant use the disk drive it no longer boots up. Just flashes a blank screen. Tried to contact seller and no response now. Amazon tells me sorry there's nothing they will do and sorry about my computer. What a joke. DO NOT BUY THIS I have no idea if all my info was just stolen or what happen but again Amazon didn't care. ... show more

    • ..... A MUST HAVE DISC 💿 TO RESTORE YOUR WINDOWS 10 OS!!!
After having problems with my Microsoft Windows 10 operating system and losing it I purchased: Ralix Reinstall DVD For Windows 10 All Versions 32/64 bit. Recover, Restore, Repair Boot Disc, and Install to Factory Default will Fix PC Easy! Which, did "NOTHING" for my PC at all. That disc 💿 was "TRASH" (See my review on it) and I would not recommend it for purchasing to "ANYBODY", I know! It may be useful to some. But, I don't see 👀 how? Nevertheless, "THIS", particular disc I'm reviewing now solved the issue I had with my laptop and "I", would recommend it to "EVERYBODY", I know! My feeling is the direct opposite. This disc 💿 actually "TALKS" and walks you through the entire recuperation process. So, you're never clueless about what is going on. I thought 💭 that was completely fantastic and I think 🤔 "EVERY", installation disc 💿 being installed on a computer 🖥 or laptop should be that way! A lot of people are not computer savvy and this is "VERY", useful. This is an "AWESOME", product. It does what it states. I would give it "10", stars ⭐ if I could, trust me! It didn't work at all for me. It wouldn't even start trying to work when I put it in my computer. I tried contacting tech support and got no response. Total waste of money for me.

    • My Win10 crashed by hackers (Tech-Shop-Pro saved me)
Wow, I am very surprised Tech-Shop-Pro Win10 recover DVD worked with no problems. My Dell Inspiron 15 3000 got a virus or hacked, my laptop account & files were deleted. I tried Windows restore it didn't work. I have to use Malwarebytes & Antivirus to check for hackers from now on. Now I got a good copy of Win10 DVD recovery, I can reinstall it again & again. Good job Tech-S-Pro your product works. Thank God. (My laptop screen went nuts, I knew someone got me. Stupid me I didn't use any antivirus or malware) After I did Windows updates my laptop got hacked. I don't trust online updates. All computers should come with DVD recovery. Factory reset didn't work bc the hackers went in & delete all files. ... show more
