  • Good Shock For The Price
This is a good enough shock for the price. Not an Ohlins, Progressive or Racetech but it comes in at about 10% of their cost. Works well for 200 pounds of rider and gear when adjusted for proper sag but would probably be under damped for anyone too much heavier. For those of you looking to install on your Hawk 250 and/or clones. The shock fits the mounts without either shimming or grinding as stated elsewhere. But. It has to be installed upside down to fit, a fact not mentioned by other commenters. Being a simple oil shock that probably won't cause any problems long term and if it does it's cheap enough to replace. Two thumbs up. ... show more

  • Made it fit!
Trimmed about a mm off each side of the bearing to fit it on my 2012 Honda nc700x. 1.200 miles and counting!

  • Direct replacement for 2020 Hawk 250
This fits the Hawk 250 as a direct swap. Plug and play. I’m 5’10 175 lbs. The overall travel is increased and sag and ride height is perfect!

  • Nice shock! Cant beat the price
I used it on an 1986 Honda 200x and it’s perfect! I’m 250lbs and it is a perfect ride!

  • Works good on a hawk 250cc
Like the other hawk owner says fits perfectly and rides smoothly. Now we have to see how long it's going to last
