  • Fit perfectly. Easy to install after watching TRQ install video on youtube
Style: SKA60988
The shocks seem well made and were heavier and more robust than the original. The struts were also solidly constructed. Shocks and struts fit perfectly and it took me about 3 hours to replace all 4 components. Getting the 2 bolt pins out was the hardest part, the video makes it look easy but those things are stuck in there good. I soaked them in penetrating oil and put the nuts back on the end of the bolts to protect the thread and hit them squarely with a hammer to pop them loose. Using a second jack to raise things up was helpful to get it aligned to slip the pins back into the holes. ... show more

  • Work well
Style: SBA70241
Perfect fit. Big help when towing a heavy load with the Tahoe. Ride quality is unchanged. Raised vehicle a small amount. Very happy with redults.

  • YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR
Style: SKA31231
I PURCHASED FOR MY 2018 HYUNDAI SONATA LIMITED AND THEY DID FIT AND WERE EASY TO INSTALL. AFTER ABOUT 4 MONTHS OF DRIVING, IT WAS LIKE I NEVER REPLACED THE OLD ONES. THESE STRUTS AND SHOCKS WERE USELESS AND DID NOT EVEN HAVE A BRAND OR ANYTHING LABELED ON THEM, SO FOR ALL I KNOW I COULD HAVE RECEIVED SOME USED NO NAME BRAND PRODUCT FOR WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A GOOD PRICE. THE REAR STARTED LEAKING AND OF COARSE THEY ALL HAD TO BE REPLACED BECAUSE IT WAS LIKE DRIVING WITH NO SUSPENSION AT ALL. I SHOULD HAVE JUST SPENT THE EXTRA $100 OR SO FOR A REAL BRAND NAME THAT WAS LOCAL INSTEAD OF SHOPPING ONLINE HOPING FOR A BETTER DEAL... ONCE AGAIN YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. ALSO WHEN THEY SHOCKS AND STRUTS DID ARRIVE THEY WERE ALL BEAT UP AND DAMAGED DUE TO THE FLIMSY BOXES THEY WERE SHIPPED IN.. YOU WOULD THINK THAT DUE TO THE WEIGHT OF THE ITEMS THEY WOULD HAVE USED BETTER PACKING MATERIAL BUT NO.. INSTEAD I WAS OFFERED 50% OFF OF SOME GENERIC PARTS THAT SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN SOLD. THE ONLY REASON WHY I ACCEPTED THAT WAS BECAUSE I COULD NOT WAIT ANY LONGER TO RECEIVE ANOTHER SET DUE TO SHIPPING TOOK FOREVER. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. ... show more

  • Hard to beat for the cost
Style: SKA33030
I replaced my front shocks/struts and rear struts in my 2013 Acura RDX with these because the OEM parts cost almost five times as much as this set which isn't worth it. This is the first non-OEM part I've used to fix my car. They went on just fine. The fit seems to be just right. My only concern is that the rear components aren't nearly as stiff as OEM. The right rear shock went out in my car, but the left rear was still very much intact. I compared how hard it was to compress each of them and the OEM shock was considerably stiffer. This is why I can't give it a five star rating. Time will tell if this is a problem or not. After roughly six to seven months, they still work fine. Like I said, they were one-fifth the cost of what the OEM replacements were. I've had this car for over 13 years and they're not going to make many parts for this anymore at Acura. I'd be happy if they last two to three years. It takes all of maybe two hours to do in total if you have the right jacks/jack stands handy and have some experience working with components on the wheels. ... show more

  • Smooth ride returned to 2018 Equinox Premier
Style: SKA73587
Installing front struts was completed without any issues. Rear shocks include a stainless steel nylon lock nut and just the shock. You have to remove the retaining fixture from the old rear shock to bolt the shock to the frame. I have an air impact wrench which I used to remove the nut from the top of the old shock. Instructions are lacking on this point. You might think you have the wrong shock when first comparing old and new shock. I did a lot of research before purchasing the TRQ strut and shock absorber kit. I looked for KYB initially but they do not make shocks and struts for the Equinox. I have used Monroe in the past also. I decided to purchase the TRQ kit which arrived 2 days after order placed. My wife texted me this morning that the smooth ride had returned to our Equinox. She is the primary driver of the vehicle. There are a number of negative reviews and I must say that I am happy with the purchase. ... show more

  • Know what you're getting into and that's fine.
Style: SKA33136
The price is certainly right and I'm thankful for that, but the ride isn't as plush as stock. The shocks frequently throw suspension service error messages that were not present when the blown factory stock shocks were still installed.

  • Fits like oem
Style: SKA42939
Installed these on my 2017 toyota tacoma and everything fit like oem with no problems. Ride quality is great. I'm gonna wait about a week to get an alignment so the fronts struts can settle. No complaints with the product and highly recommend.
