While unboxing the tramp several defects were noted from netting all ready coming apart to straps that were accidentally sewn into the pad that covers the springs. This is a high safety concern. When attaching the bottom netting to the tramp, the holes do not line up to thread the string to attach the safety netting to the tramp. As someone has mentioned before. There is no way to contact the company for replacements of these items. ... show more

    • Net and pads torn. No way to contact them!
When we in boxed our trampoline there were small tears in the net and in the pads that go around the trampoline. The net also is awful to try to attach and will not stay secure. I have yet to find a way to contact this company!
