Other reviewers complain that it stopped working. The fix is really easy. Pull up the edge of the adhesive pad around the base and find the three screws and remove them. Pull apart the top and bottom of the pedal. Check the main screw holding the ‘bell’ and tighten if loose. Mine stopped working after two years because the bell was loose. Also check for any loose wires of the cable and re-solder if needed. The cable can get tugged on by hard use and the pedal being kicked around on the floor. There is a cable retention clip that can be loose so tighten if needed. I use mine to key the microphone for an Amateur radio. My foot is very comfortable resting on it for long periods of time. The ‘play’ is just right so it doesn’t need a lot of pressure and is not too sensitive for accidental keying. Wearing shoes or just socks or even barefoot it works the same and is comfortable. ... show more
