While I didn't find these difficult to put together, I'm sure they would have been a pain in the butt of I used the Allen key that comes with the set. Here's my advice: 1. Use a ratchet with a bit adapter, ascrew driver with interchangeable bits, or a power drill on the low torque setting of possible, and the appropriately sized hexagonal bit (sorry didn't look at the size before I put my tools away, but if you can't figure it out by using the Allen key that comes with to compare size, then you should probably not be trying to put them together yourself...). Had I used the Allen key that was provided, it easily could have taken an hour or more to assemble each piece. 2. When the instructions say not to tighten all the screws until it's fully assembled, they absolutely mean it. You quite literally want to get every screw JUST started. Like 5 full turns maybe. Then, once they are all in, go back around and tighten each one until just tight, then, go back around for a final tightening of all screws. If you even loosely tighten some screws, the rest of the holes will not match up. 3. The arms have a low end and a high end. The low end goes towards the back. Just look closely at the pictures to see what I'm describing. 4. The cushions could not be crappier. One came already ripped and they are thin (maybe 2" thick). I will definitely be replacing them, but they do in the meantime. ... show more

I found these very easy to assemble. Granted, I typically put together furniture in our home. If you only finger tighten the screws, it makes it easier to adjust and pull the pieces in other directions to fit the last few screws in. I recommend a ratchet attachment for faster and secure tightening. If not, tightening the screws is really what takes the longest. One leg was a bit short but no issue to me as I got a felt slide piece for furniture and stuck that on the bottom of the leg to balance it out. They have been very sturdy to us the past few weeks we have had them. My husband is a larger guy, lower 200’s and he has no issues. I recommend, great buy for the price ... show more

The furniture came completely apart like ikea furniture. Not a big deal, I can build stuff, but the instructions were worse than ikea furniture and building it was complicated. I am not a big builder of furniture though. Mine came out a little unstable, but that’s a problem for someone else to fix. They are comfortable but would he better if there was some velcro to keep the cushions in place and a back cushion. Overall it’s decent, but I think you could find better for the price. ... show more

This 3-piece set is very good. Its quality settings are very useful. Two chairs and a small table are very useful. I put it outside the front door for tea and coffee. There are also chats. If buying USED was an options, I would not have an issue with this but I bought NEW products and when fully assembled, I see that there are stains and marks on the furniture. It shows usage and I do not appreciate that given the price I paid for new, clean patio set. I am returning this immediately but now I do not know if I should take it apart of what - so inconvenient! ... show more
