I love it. The coat is not flimsy. I like the button detail on the hood and in the back. It’s very well made. I’ll dry clean when it needs it. The outer layer is soft and smooth almost like a felted wool. And the hood! I wanted a detachable hood but this hood is not, BUT it has a unique shape with two seams. More like a cloak hood from the 15th or 16 th century but not pointed. It drapes nicely. I also love the deep pockets, placed to comfortably put hands in even with gloves on. Nice coat, a couple weird stitching thing so it doesn't lay right and is starting to ball. I only wore through one season. Not sure if good quality. I hate when things start to ball like this because it looks tatty.

the coat is nice and long, the material is nice. I like the buttons in the back. The hood is comfortable (there are some hoods that are too small or too big). The fit is on the roomy side, which is fine. The sleeves are a bit roomy, and I have slightly bigger arms so they would probably be quite roomy for the average woman, but they are not too long which is good, because I have some coats where the sleeves are too long and it is uncomfortable or inconvenient for movement. The pockets are in just the right place. Only thing I would change is like with other wool coats, I do not like the material that is used for lining, because of the sound it makes, but I haven't been able to find a coat with a different lining like light fleece or something. This jacket is very cute and warm - perfect for fall. It looks just like the photos. It's a little big on me even though I ordered my usual size, but that allows some room for layering if it's not cold enough to switch to a full winter coat.
