I bought four of these toilets. Pros: - very powerful, throw away your plungers. - good bidet - nice heated seats - good lighting - good price for all these features (compare others at $3k or more) Cons: - loud (scares my cat), but in my opinion a fair trade off for the power. - one of my four toilets came with a Celsius display, company says it can’t be changed to Fahrenheit without replacing the entire toilet seat (which was described as “quite troublesome”); - one of the toilets is a little too quick to close the lids, occasionally before I’m done. - very limited experience, but I don’t think customer service over WhatsApp is the same as you would get with a bigger price tag toilet, I had trouble understanding the entire response I received on my issues. ... show more

I recently had two bathrooms renovated in my home. My renovator recommended this particular toilet because he had great success with it in terms of installation and customer satisfaction. So I bought two of them. I am so glad I did. I love them and cannot imagine going back to a "dumb" toilet. They are very easy to use. There's an instruction booklet that I glanced at, but just playing around with the remote is a good way to get used to the many functions. There's so much to love about this--the way the toilet "recognizes" me and opens the lid (and closes it). I've long been a lid needs to be closed person, so I like that feature a lot. So many features, including changing the temperature and pressure of the water, direction of the water, drying, flushing, lighting, self cleaning, temperature of seat, and even a "massage" function. I have been advocating it to my friends and highly recommend it. The price is more than fair, and I'm so glad I got one for each bathroom. The only negative I can think of is that the flush is kind of loud, but I've already acclimated to it. ... show more

Great idea, pretty rough execution. The flush power seems to diminish over time. The heated seat worked great and the water pressure was great for the bidet. Installation is a NIGHTMARE. Would be much better if the sides has holes with plastic caps or something for easy closet bolt access. It is very difficult to get a good seal on the flange with the limited installation space you have. The looks and aesthetic of the toilet are great! But water spots do accumulate rather easily on thr black plastic. ... show more
