Horrible Quality!! It was advertised as new, and we received a used set! - Hardware was previously used, bent, missing items - Patio set was obviously used, pads were worn, it had been put together and taken apart - Hardware shows signs of previous usage - Hardware sent in significantly used zip lock baggies... - Table is scratched and has stains - Pillows show signs of previous usage and bags were open - Missing tools from hardware list - Instructions were shipped outside the package I work as a Quality Manager for a global company and have not run into this type of quality neglect in some time. Really nice outdoor furniture set. Aside from the fact that 3 of the 4 boxes arrived a week late due to hazardous weather conditions on the east coast, once we got everything, we were very pleased. It took my husband and I 3.5 hours to put together, working with just the tools that were provided. I love the color scheme of black and grey. It is very rare nowadays. My favorite part is the dining table. I love that is so large so we can sit out here and have a meal if we wanted to as opposed to just lounging. It’s not made of wood and wicker, but a wood-looking type plastic and wicker. So, I don’t really have to worry about staining it. And it makes it easy to clean. The cushions aren’t that bad either. It’s nice that there are 3 ottomans with cushions that actually attach. This creates 3 additional seating, if needed. My only minor issue is the fact that the main cushions and pillows don’t anchor or stay put in any way. The slightest movement and the pillows fall down or the cushions needs to be reset, but that is not a deal-breaker for me. Only time will tell how long this set will last, but I sprayed the cushions with scotch guard and bought a furniture cover to help with that. ... show more

Looks really good, wish it was taller sits lower then a normal chair, not as sturdy as I thought. Cushions are thin and uncomfortable

    • Don’t waste your money
Cant comment on comfort because we can’t even put it together. After waiting several weeks for all the pieces to even show up we can’t even get past step 1. Absolutely terrible cheap product. Don’t waste your money on this just pay an extra $200 a get a assembled one from a local store.

To put it mildly, this is a piece of junk! Virtually impossible to assemble. Save yourself the time and frustration and buy something else. You get what you pay for. UPDATE refund was promptly issued by the seller.

So much smaller then what is advertised, pieces are breaking off and fraying, holes don’t line up accurately for screws. Not happy with this purchase but it’s half together so we are stuck with it. It’s $700 crap

Worst purchase I have ever made!!! Pure junk. While customer service does reply, not very helpful!!!! I am stuck having to un assemble this junk (what took 3 hours to assemble little over half of it..to find missing pieces as well as rust spots, lopsided & torn wicker in 2 areas,) just a nightmare!!!! So I need to figure out all these pieces back into the 4 boxes they came in, (some of which are not re-usable at all ). It’s honestly wayyyy too much money even if it was all in tact! & Just a pure waste of time for what I honestly want to stick in a trash bin and call it a day! I sent several pictures to customer service letting them know a) my husband just passed away and so my son drove an hour out to assemble for me & b) we found damaged AND missing pieces but they want me to go through hassle of sending this absolute damaged missing pieces junk back...long story short, while they do respond to your emails they are not very helpful at all.....this has been nothing short of one inconvenience after another!!!! & they don’t really care one bit! I added a picture with a standard size cushion that I have on my other patio furniture for reference as to how extremely small this set is. So basically one adult can sit in each of the love seat portions with a little space ...so that’s total seating for 3 very small adults. Oh! this is also very tiny, definitely not for anyone over 5 foot 5. I’m only 5’1 and feels much too small for even me or my liking .. my grandkids saw it and definitely thought it was for their play area in my backyard. ... show more
