The first chair was easy to put together. The second chair holes were not aligned properly and we had to hammer it down to fit. Then we were short one screw. I hope it still holds firm. The look is really nice. It is extremely light weight.

Looks nice. Challenging to assemble. The worse part…we bought two sets and 4 screws will not fit the hole…hole is too big. Too much hassle to return. We will try to fix the problem. Won’t order from that company again.

OVERALL: I gave it 4 stars because the furniture suits my needs. See below for some important cons: THE CHAIRS: I'm very happy with the product. The chairs are low, but I prefer low-set furniture for the balcony (more privacy). We added lounge pillows for some back support, and the chairs are super comfy. I'm not a big person, so I can even sit cross-legged, which is nice. THE TABLE: ... The glass does not suction in place and can easily tilt out of its place. Not sure if this is because the underside of the glass was too "dusty"(from the tempered look) or if the suctions are old and dry. Probably a combination of both... be careful with it. Mine is not child- or pet-safe. I don't know if they all come that way. ASSEMBLY: It was easy to figure out which parts went where, but the actual assembly process was not that easy (As in, getting all the screws in was a challenge. There's some minor wonkiness with the alignment). That wonkiness makes the legs uneven for the finished chairs/table. BUT if you just use your weight, you can brute force the chairs to sit evenly on the floor AFTER they've been assembled. Seems there's some inherent flexibility with the material and the way they are made. (Note: I regularly assemble IKEA furniture and have never run into these problems before). Oh, and one of the bands on the chair came snapped. It's on the underside so I just taped it. <--I doubt other people will have to worry about this. CONCLUSION: SO WHY 4 STARS??? Because you get three pieces of furniture for a low price. It is what you pay for. I use the table and chairs every day without issue. ... show more

Cute set but would not purchase again. back piece to short uncomfortable and made very horrible some of the holes were not even with the others to put the screw in and made it super hard to put screws in. Has noise in the pieces like if something was lose or fell into them. And once I took like 45min to set up due to the holes not matching up to the other ones. It is wobbly I am hoping once people start sitting on them it will stop being wobbly. Also had to use a few of my on screws due to the screws not reaching the hole. ... show more

EXTREMELY difficult to assemble. I assemble furniture all the time (beds, tables, chairs, couches, you name it) and this is one difficult product to assemble. We were only able to finish one chair. The other chair and table piece could not be built. We will be asking for replacements to try again. 1) the screws don't fit and are extremely difficult to screw in 2) the pieces of the chair and table do not fit well. If you put one screw in (not fully), the other side does not match up at all. 3) some screw holes are partially blocked by the material of the chair 4) some screw holes had metal pieces from the chair sticking out that was not removed while making the holes and we had to break them ourselves 5) spent hours re-trying multiple times and still couldn't get the screws matched for one chair and table Only reason why it isn't a 1 star is because the overall design is not bad. Otherwise, they need to be made better ... show more
