Description

The "Metallic Purple" spray paint was developed especially for decorating transparent polycarbonate bodies used in R/C car modeling. Each can contains 100ml of paint, which is the appropriate amount for finishing the model. Paint the body from the inside, keeping the can about 30cm from the surface. After curing apply another coat as necessary. These paints are impervious to oil and fuels, so they can be safely used on gas-powered R/C bodies. Note: Never use these paints on plastic models.

I discovered this paint when I raided my husband's model paint stash. I used it on a plastic clock frame and loved the finish and durability. The metallic paints look deep and consistent. It dries fast and is durable (doesn't scrape or flake off like other paint). It is pricey for the amount you get but well worth it. I highly recommend wearing a mask, especially with the metallics because you can see the flecks flying everywhere as you paint. ... show more
