Great product, although there were some minor defects. The clippers that come with the package have some slight manufacturing defects, like this black stuff on the sharp edges that looks like it was only partially filed away, but functions just fine. Also, the box the paints came in was badly battered in shipping, maybe add a bit of bubble wrap or something? All paints were sealed and tested great. These boxed sets are awesome because you get a lot of value from the paint pots, 12 are very useful, and only Astrogranite is a good technical for basing. The tools outside of this product are worth half the value, and containing 13 pots of paint & technicals (easily a value of $65) these kits are well worth it for someone looking to get into the hobby. ... show more

I bought it when it was cheaper, but anyways, is a good investment to start in the hobby, because if you buy them separately, it would be a lot expensive, besides that, good quality and good range of paints.

    • Great paint set for beginners of any Miniature game!
I recommend Citadel Paints to beginners because they are easier to paint and don’t run like some other brands. A “Must Have” for any tabletop miniature game beginner!!

Used but very good condition might mean you get a paint pot that's leaking. Doesn't seem very good to me. Only one color opened and leaked otherwise it's fine. Multiple had a broken seal but seem untouched inside.
