  • Great product
This is a game-changer. I do inspections and carry a laptop all day. Sometimes I need more power and this supplies all I need and more. I charge my 2 phones and laptop with this and it has power to spare. It's lightweight and I hardly notice it in my backpack. Highly recommended!

  • Did not charge w/panel
Color: SOLAR GENERATOR T638 WITH 40W SOLAR
UPDATE - after using this for 1 week it takes an eternity to charge with an outlet and the panel won't charge anything now. This is garbage. Save your money! This arrived with 2.5 bars of power. I plugged the panel in and placed it in the bright Florida sun. No increase in reserves after 3 hrs. I charged it with the wall for 7 hours before it fully charged. At this rate it will take a week with the solar panel. ... show more

  • Quality
Color: SOLAR GENERATOR T638 WITH 40W SOLAR
Wasn't sure about this. Bought to power a portable refrigerator for camping. Charged it with the solar panels that came with it. Plugged in the fridge a few hours later, it was new so had to be cooled down first. 8 hours later generator was still fully charged amd fridge was cold! Very pleased.

  • Compact power charger
This portable power station camping solar generator power bank seems to be fairly well made and comes with 2 charging cords one for a A/C outlet and one for a D/C car outlet and can be charged with them, but it can also be charged with a solar panel (not included). The solar panel that we currently have has too many amps, so we purchased a much smaller solar panel (30 watt, 18 volt, 1.6 amp). If you want to charge the power station with a solar panel, you will need 13-25 volts, max 1.7 amps, and a 3.5mm D/C jack. The power station has Built in flashlight with a low, medium, high and flashing light settings. 2 100 watt A/C ports 2 18 watt QC 3.0 USB ports 2 18 watt USB-C PD ports 3.0 You are able to charge/power phones, pad, laptop, fan, radio, small TV or any low amp device. This power station works well for short term power outages, camping, hiking, etc. ... show more

  • Took forever to charge my iPhone.
I charged the power station in preparation for a hurricane. When I attached my cellphone (iPhone) to charge while listening to an app, it took forever to charge the iPhone. My sister tried to connect hers to be sure it was not my device. She agreed this power bank charged super slow and neither one of us got more than a 65% charge up even with 15 minutes of it just on one iPhone. So... it works, but we have experienced much faster charging from other brands. ... show more

  • Pretty Awesome!
Took this camping recently to recharge lights and batteries and WOW does it work well! This thing holds a LOT of power. It recharges easily and it holds that power a LONG time. I used a solar panel array one day to recharge it and it went well. The next day I used a power inverter and just recharged it from the vehicle, but on neither occasion was it actually below the half-way point despite multiple items being recharged with it. It feels solidly constructed, although I certainly wouldn't drop it onto anything hard. It DOES have some weight to it, so this is not an ideal for backpacking by any means. For stationary camping, or for emergencies, this is pretty awesome. Just understand its limitations. ... show more

  • Good to have in an emergency. Very small power bank.
I guess the best way to review this is with pros and cons. The 'pros' - it's very small, very lightweight, very portable, it has USB-C outputs (as well as USB-A), comes with an auto adapter so you can charge it on the road, and two AC outlets (which will also be under 'cons'). The 'cons' - small capacity (on par with a regular cell phone power bank), DC input only for charging, it uses a tiny barrel connector for charging (you'll need an adapter to make it work with most solar panels), the AC outlets are under-powered, and it's kind of on the expensive side. The output at the AC outlets is most concerning to me. At a no-load state, both outlets show only 78.8VAC. Under load, it stepped up, but only slightly to 83.8VAC. It does work, though, and gives you the AC-option, just not up to the rated output. It charges fine via solar panel (with use of a barrel adapter), so that will be good if we take it to the beach with a fold-up 40w panel. It's not a bad little gadget to have, it's just not great. There would have to be a pretty sizable promotional discount for me to consider getting another one. If you have limited power needs and just have to have an AC outlet, this may be fine for you. If you can live without the AC outlets, I'd recommend a decent USB power bank instead. ... show more
