An outstanding product. I've purchased numerous items from Tacticon Armament in the past several months, primarily from their website. I knew that this laser sight would be of the same high quality as their other tactical equipment. What really impressed me was that the owner, Jacob, upgraded the shipment from standard delivery to a USPS Priority shipment which arrived far in advance of the scheduled delivery. Included in the package was a very kind and thoughtful handwritten note thanking me for purchasing the laser sights. A personal touch of customer service such as this is somewhat of a rarity these days; thank you, Jacob. All of products of veteran-owned Tacticon Armament are covered by a lifetime warranty. The BattleBeam V1 (BBV1) laser sight itself is very compact and was easily mounted on a Keltec P17 pistol which has a Picatinny rail barely 1.5 inches in size. It lined up so perfectly that I was able to utilize both retaining screws included with the installation kit. With the BBV1 solidly mounted the pistol the ambidextrous ON/OFF switch is ergonomically positioned precisely under the tip of one's index finger outside of the trigger guard. A simple push of the switch activates the laser and than it's simply a matter of moving one's finger tip to a proper trigger hold: a very natural transition. The surface of the ON/OFF switch is clad in a type of non-slip rubber which provides positive tactile control of the switch; tactical and practical. The laser beam itself is brilliant and provides not only an aimpoint via the laser pointer, but also provides sufficient light to illuminate around the target area, providing an increased situational awareness. Also, once the BBV1 was installed it was easily adjusted to match the aimpoint of a laser boresighting device; the adjustment only took a minute. I have yet to employ the outstanding laser sight on the target range, but will follow up with that information. Great product, laser worked flawlessly on both pistols…decided to use laser on another gun, but didn’t like the aesthetics….went to remount it back on the original pistol, but the laser no longer worked….spoke with Ryan at the company, who got me in touch with customer service…they were great!! they truly stand behind their product and sent me out a replacement laser unit and extra screws…like I said earlier, great product, and a great company….thank you Tacticon veterans for your service to our country and great customer service too!!! ... show more

I wish you could do half-stars on Amazon as this unit is really a 4.5 star item from a 5 star vendor. The only reason it is not a five star FOR ME is the connecting clamp system is not beefy enough to put on my Ruger SR9C or my Walther P22. In defense of the unit I have yet to find any laser that does work on the Ruger as the picatinny rails on the gun are very beefy in width but also very short. The Walther however does allow for fairly common mounting but the design of this unit is such that it simply won't mount properly. All of which is OK because I bought it for a Ruger PC9 and it works perfectly on it. Laser was zeroed on third shot and has maintained zero through forty plus rounds of 9MM so it is safe to say holding zero is not an issue. Charging, mounting and zeroing are easy and efficient and on/off control works perfect and is ambidextrous which can be important on a carbine. Laser is very bright and was easy to see at 25 yards in the daytime (albeit not a bright sunny day so we'll see how it is on a really bright day) and realistically I wanted something for much closer range for home defense so for me it works perfect. If it would mount on either my SR9C or Walther I would buy two more! ... show more

First, I would like to say thanks to Jacob for the letter he wrote to my wife regarding our purchase. This gentleman is a class act, and taking the time to reach out and say thanks really shows how much Jacob appreciates his customers. Let me start by saying that I own 2 red dots, and 2 sets of back-up sights. They are quality, heavy duty items that work without fail. Jacob has outdone himself on these newest offerings. Both battletorch and green laser are very compact, extremely light weight, and take up very little real estate on your rail. I absolutely love the magnetic charging system, no removing to change batteries! They even sned and extracross screw in case you lose one! I cannot say enough good things about Jacob and Tacticon. I will buy every product coming from this company, and I would suggest that you do the same. Veteran owned, lifetime warranty.........please support this company!!! I received the laser today way ahead of the scheduled delivery time. I put it on my Smith & Wesson sd9ve pistol. Installation was really easy. I love the fact that it’s very compact. It looks like that it’s built really solid and weighs almost nothing. Also I really like the way that you can charge the battery. One less thing to worry about buying batteries. This laser comes from a Veteran owned business and I myself being a Veteran, I am always happy to support other Veterans.🇺🇸 Update: I had a problem with mine today. It won’t turn on using either switch. It’s fully charged but won’t work. I contacted Tacticon by phone and was told to fill out the warranty form on their website. I did and got a email from them wanting a video of the problem. How do you take a video of something that doesn’t show a laser light! They told me that’s what I had to do in order to get a replacement. Very rude and treat you like you’re a liar and a thief. I can’t believe that this is a Veteran owned business. I am a 100% disabled Veteran. I doubt if anyone at Tacticon is an American Veteran. I think that they are using this Jake character as a front to gain more sales. Probably Chinese veterans. They should be ashamed of themselves. Never Ever Again! ... show more
