If doing regular squats hurt your knees you’ll absolutely love this machine. Very easy on the knees. I don’t do the pendulum squats I do the reverse hack squat motion and it’s done wonders for me. Price is 150$ than when I bought it but this machine is absolutely worth every penny.

Putting it together took a little time you have to look at the video to make sure you don't correctly. The paper directions are not super detailed. But once I got it together an used it I have to say I like the quality of the product.

My wife and I found your company mid Nov 2024, starting a home gym. Your equipment was priced amazingly (Black Friday sale) , appeared structurally sound, so I took a leap of faith on that and the reviews. We aren’t disappointed!!! She is a pro figure athlete and I was an aspiring BB’r, so we are used to various pieces. This thing is smooth as butter, sturdy, and handles 4 plates (45’s) per side easily. The foot platform got a lil tweaked during shipping but nothing to really whine about. Would purchase this again and honestly wish I would’ve have spent more money with your company when looking for another piece. ... show more

    • Ideal V-Squat Machine and Great Value
First off - this is a V-Squat Machine. There are Hack Squat, Leverage Squat, and V-Squat machines. Hack squat is essentially an inverted Leg Press machine where you ride a sled - safe and easy, but least like a traditional squat motion and takes up a ton of space. Leverage squat has you standing and facing towards the machine - more realistic motion and takes up very little space, but doesn't always work out the same muscles as traditional squat. V-Squat is similar to Leverage, but allows you to work out in both directions; providing more consistent benefit to all effected muscles. It takes up more space than Leverage machine, but less than Hack machines. - This particular product arrived in 3 boxes and is very imposing. Went together very well, but some of the pieces are very heavy. You will get a workout putting this together. Make sure you have a good Ratchet set or it will take you twice as long to assemble. Quality is very good for the price and everything went together well. My only con is the weight holders are frustrating to install and could have been designed better. The Red / Black variant looks very nice. The safety bar on the machine is very well designed to prevent injury. - Recommended! ... show more
