Overall this is a great machine. It came extremely well packed in three large boxes. There was zero damage to any of the parts. The assembly instructions we're very well done with easy to follow steps. All of the bolts and washers were individually bagged and labeled to find them quickly. It arrived in about 5 days. I love the v squat motion. This machine seems very heavy duty and is very smooth. The adjustable foot plate is nice too for a different movements. I have one negative with this machine. I'm 6'3 so I have to get down pretty low to just unrack the machine. It would be nice if the racking ladder had one more position higher up. Overall I love this machine and I can't wait to add this to my workout program. ... show more

With knee surgeries on both knees I can report if you're on the fence about this machine, it's a good workout and easy on knees and back. I look forward to leg day. Machine is solid and no problems whatsoever assembling it. I believe the guys complaining about the lack of instructions on just about every workout machine are the ones that know what a manicure and pedicure are but couldn't tell you what a filter is. Also, Too many Amazon customers penalize good companies with good products by low-star ratings from the carelessness of the Carriers and by that, I'm speaking of the dock workers on their forklifts not the drivers. It's not the Shippers fault unless it keeps happening and they don't address it. Syedee customer service also maintained great communication numerous times throughout the delayed delivery of 1 of the boxes due to inclement weather. Very good customer service from Syedee. It's worth the price I paid. It's a great looking machine, gets looks, gets comments. Each time i enter the garage whether on Leg day or not I've never regretted this purchase. ... show more

I was very skeptical of ordering this at first . After reading reviews and looking at pics . And looking at other products . I decided to purchase it . I have lifted for about 15 years . And years of punishment from wrestling , football , and rugby . My body could not do regular squats anymore . I love how this piece of equipment takes the stress off of my back and knees . And most of all allows me to hit a deep front and back squat. One piece of equipment that offers back squat , front squat , lunges and calf raises . Heck you could even do shoulder press if you are smart and safe about it . I love that it’s safe and built well. Def worth the money. And myself and my family will all use this . Definitely the best piece of home gym equipment I’ve ever purchased. I’m not a bodybuilder, just a 58-year-old guy who needs to build his legs. The media could not be loaded. For video reference I'm 6'2 240lbs, 20 years training experience, certified personal trainer. I own an extensive home gym and used to have a business selling gym equipment. This is as close to commercial grade as home gym equipment gets! Construction is solid, with great welds, much better than I see on home gym grade equipment (like Titan fitness or Xmark) in the video I had 500lbs on it, felt great, no doubt it would hold the 1000lbs it's rated at. The bearings are also high quality, will last with proper maintenance. The foot plate is wide for many different stance widths, even with my feet as low on the platform as possible I could still go very deep. Well packaged, so the foam pads don't get damaged during shipping (common for other manufacturers) and the bolts and nuts are well organized and sealed so there's no chance they are lost in shipping process. Assembly took me about an hour by myself. Overall for the price you can't beat it, commercial grade power squats are 3 grand and up, this is definitely comparable for a home gym. The only thing the could improve would be to add another catch to the safety as at 6'2 I do have to bend down slightly to re rack the machine on the safety but not a big deal. It’s cool that there are cheaper versions of commercial type machines out there now. You really cannot find another V squat at this price point so that’s great. The steel is not commercial, and I wouldn’t test it at very high loads but that’s pretty much a given for under $1000. My major gripe is that the range of motion is not great out of the box and the unit has to be modified by adding several horse stall mats on the footplate to achieve proper depth. Not a hard thing to do but still annoying that it wasn’t designed in a way to do this from the get go. Still though, it’s more than decent, is smooth and comfortable and is overall a good addition to the gym. ... show more
