We went back and forth on a swing set because of how our backyard is made (hilly), so we didn't want it to large. This set had a variety of things to do and the kids like that. It took at least 4 hours to put together, because the instructions are misleading, so you have to follow your instincts. That being said, we really are glad we purchased, it is pretty, sturdy, priced great, all parts were there, no scratches, just a great addition to the backyard activities for the kids. Took me and my husband about 2 hours to assemble. Instructions were ok but could have been better at times. It is important to follow the steps in order and get the poles exactly right. Good value for the money. Sturdy! The ropes are OK.. the yellow circular swing is hard to balance on.
