Updated: ...and we still love it. Still the best purchase I ever made. Best purchase ever!!! Bought this for a 1.5 and 2.5 year old. With the playgrounds shut down, they were thrilled. They probably spent an hour or more swinging the first day! They both fit on the seat, with tons of extra room. It seems super solid. We had it on grass, not staked down, I can swing it pretty high with the 1.5 year old and no wobble, with both kids it is also fine. If you try to go high with both, it will lift up a little. We ended finally using stakes from another toy that worked like a charm. Now we push it as hard as it will go! Putting it together was completely straight forward. I can never understand directions, I usually have my husband put things together. I was able to easily read these directions, there isn't much to it. I LOVED how the screws are all separated and labeled!!! (not just thrown in a bag where you have to figure out if your grabbing the right sized screw) The only negatives about assembly are that most the plastic screw covers wouldn't close. I got maybe 3 closed by hand. Hitting them with a hammer closed some, but I think we broke a few. And putting the the seat together was very hard. We ended up taking the foam off, putting them together and in the seat, then sliding the foam back on, which took a lot of muscle. My husband is awesome at putting stuff together though, so no points loss for those few things. I'm updating after having this for a month. The kids still beg to go on the swing everyday, several times a day, and it is holding up great. ... show more

My daughter wanted a swing for the yard and after a year of being locked inside I couldn't say no. Putting this together was a big of headache. Broke a couple of the plastic toppers. Only got on to actually close the way it's supposed to... It's sturdy enough. I haven't used any anchors yet, nit as she's not swinging high it hasn't been an issue. ... show more

    • Don’t take the pieces out of the plastic sleeves and it’s easy!
I took another reviewers advice and kept the pieces in the plastic sleeves they come packaged until and unpacked them as I put it together. Usually I would unpack all the pieces and lay them out, but the plastic sleeves had the part numbers on them. I was able to put this together by myself in just under an hour. Everything was fine, holes lined up, directions made sense. The most cumbersome part was putting the frame into the sleeve of the swing. It’s up, it’s sturdy, I’ve already used it myself and can’t wait for my kids to try it out. I did buy anchors but they’re not here yet. I have it on grass and so far it’s not coming up off the ground when I swing. ... show more

This swing arrived and my spouse got busy and put it together in a little over an hour by using instruction manual. It was a gift for our 2 yr old grandson’s birthday! He absolutely loved it and so did 7.5 month old baby brother. Money well spent! Item is just as described and we will prob be purchasing anchors for it soon as they are not provided . ... show more

I don’t write a lot of reviews but I had to with this purchase. We initially purchased it for my 2 year old who enjoys to just lay and watch the airplanes go by. However while we were putting it together, literally the last few steps to being done, we noticed that the R5 or R6 piece was missing a pass through drill hole. I messaged the company and let me tell you, their customer care is impeccable. I don’t blame businesses for small things that are clear mistakes because nothing is perfect, but I was so happy with the response time and care and immediate help we were given. They sent a new piece that We received within a couple of day and now everything is perfect. Oh and also they offered to request a refund on my behalf if they weren’t able to send the part from the warehouse. They so thoughtful. We need more people to run their businesses this way.
