    • Got it for my new AGM battery
It's not totally clear to me how this charger detects the different types of Lead Acid batteries .... and applies that optimum charging schedule to each one. E.g. --- an AGM battery expects a different charge schedule than does a Flooded-Cell battery, even though both are "Lead Acid" (not lithium, aka "LiFePo4"). But it seems to do it properly .... I have other Float Chargers which don't operate at all on the AGM battery... this one does the job. I think ..... I've only used it two days ... ask me again in two years. Product seems to be well-made, with very functional connections. I'd give it Five Stars if there were a bit more documentation on the internal functioning. But, lastly, I'll add that I posed these questions to the vendor/manufacturer ... and at least got (partial) answers back. They are trying. ... show more

    • Great for the small battery for my gate.
I have almost exploded 2 batteries using the regular chargers but this worked great for the small 12 volt ones we use for the gate opener.

About a year ago I ordered this unit to trickle charge my generator and it’s still working great. So, I recently decided to order another one for my riding mower. It arrived but this one wouldn’t charge so I asked for an exchange, explaining my situation. The company was great and immediately sent me a replacement. (Of course I returned the defective one) The new one came quickly and is working great at trickle charging the battery on my riding mower. This way, over the winter, I don’t have to worry about a dead battery. I appreciate Suuwer being so prompt in sending a replacement! ... show more

This charger worked great on a AGM battery which can only tolerate a trickle charge, taking around six hours to reinvigorate my lawn tractor battery after a cold winter. Can charge lead acid or lithium batteries with a flick of a switch. Good deal!

The media could not be loaded. I was thrilled to have a good little lithium charger for my 12volt lithium power wheel battery, worked great for a couple charge's, then went into flashing mode…. Not working at all. I did try on other batteries, no joy. On the multimeter it jumps fluctuating from high to low. Garbage. Waste of money. ... show more
