Rechargeable batteries like these are usually higher than what they are stated to have; 3.7V+ which could damage the electronics. This surefire battery on the other hand actually solved my frame spacing issue on my old film camera because its nominal voltage is 3.2V. Thank you Surefire!

These are great for you to use while training with a weapons light, but they only last half as long as lithium batteries in anything you use them in. I wouldn't use them in anything my life depended on, but you can save a few bucks while practicing.

    • No Instruction Manual.
Its simple. Plug & play. The LED indicator lights *flash* green when charging. From another review, they will show a -steady- green when fully charged. Apparently it takes a couple hours. They were noticeably dimmer than the stock streamlight battery in my TLR7Sub wml. But I suppose this will join the other chargers in my vehicle. 40 min commute one way, these should be close to fully charged by end of day. I dont like using wrong batteries, but the Coast Zithion-X 16340 is 200 mAh stronger, and 3.7 volts. It works as a risky replacement in between charges, and doesnt take as long to get full power. at $16 a pair, the SFLFP123 seem to be worth the money. They are same price for one of Coast's 16340 without a closed circuit protection or charging port. Alkaline will always hold charge with a longer shelf life. They are next on my list. ... show more
