Got this for my 3 yr old son to play games, ABC Mouse etc...thus leaving my phone alone. Does everything he needs it to and then some. Liked it so much I ordered 2 more - 1 for me and 1 for my father in law. Great for internet browsing. Frequent time outs and lag in the system. CPU frequently over heats when playing games. Frequently, the screen will start to dim, and then the screen will just go blank (while the device is in use, not just sitting idle). I have to either re-boot, or push the on button to re-vive it. WiFi can sometimes act weaker than other times. I have even experienced lag and CPU over heats during email. The price is cheap, but it is not worth the frustration for me. Waste of money. Screen refresh slow. Won’t connect to 5GHz WiFi. May be good for email, but don’t go to internet or open links. VERY useless. Phones work better.

There is a reason why this tablet is inexpensive. Turns out that when writing code for apps, the software developers can choose which devices (brands) will be able to download the apps. I tried to download several games, including Words With Friends, and the device indicated that it was not compatible. I decided to give my Supersonic to my mother because she only needs email and Word. It was either that or use it as a coaster. ... show more
