We took the risk to find out if this is true--rather than remove all of the bricks to expose the underlaying sand on which to put the pool, we simply laid down this liner and went for it. Honestly, I am so grateful we were able to avoid all of the labor of pulling up bricks. This liner does as advertised--our pool has sat for over a month, on the liner on brick, with no punctures (knock on wood). It is soft on the feet while climbing in and out of the water, and despite the black color of the fabric, does not hold the heat. It does require some assistance in holding the excess down, but it is a worthy purchase and safe to use atop a brick courtyard. ... show more

Purchased the 15' for a 14' pool. I wanted to have extra lining around the edge. The padding is thicker than the one that came with the pool and hopefully that will protect it from any rocks or sticks we may have missed when clearing off the spot.

We usually use one of Dads tarps from this job so when imsaw they actually made something that is specifically for going underneath your above ground pool, I had to give it a try. It's a thick material, thicker than I expected and you can tell it's made with quality . It goes all around our pool with enough material left that one can easlity walk on it all around the pool instead of on the hot grass. it was a nice feeling not having to ask my man to compromise another tarp this year and I am anxious to see how it holds up for the summer and if it is going to be reusable. Big kinda heavy piece of felt material that when wet it moves around under the pool and causes wrinkles in liner. Also can feel sharp rocks that have worked their way up.

We have a small above ground pool (10’). This liner is perfect underneath it. We did clear the area but we weren’t perfect about it. The liner is thick enough to provide a buffer for the bottom of the pool without having to do any special prepping

I have a 14' pool. I got the 15' so it would stick outside the edge to help with maintaing the grass growth at edge of pool. Decent material. Definitely will help with unwanted growth under pool to keep it from poking through. And I hope it will hold back any ants from trying to make their way through as well. ... show more
