Well, 2 days ago I left a deserved and scathing 1 star review. I only received 1 box missing hardware ect ect.. After not seeing a response from the seller I left the review. Fast forward 1 day. The seller did email me to let me know there was a second box and gave me its tracking number, different from the first box. Assembly went very smoothly, the instructions are amazingly well done, with little ID stickers on each piece. Get yourself an electric screwdriver with an allen wrench adapter, using the hand allen wrench for this assembly will add 2 hours to the job. Took me 45 min to assemble. I recommend you unpack and remove the plastic from every piece lining them up against a wall then start on page 1 and before you know it it's done. The overall quality of the set is excellent. It is definitely designed well and very sturdy, i'm 6'3 275lb and feel comfortable. The glass top table is packed with corner protectors and the table top has suction cups built in to hold the glass in place. I only have 2 complaints, the cream cushions had slight stains & minor color variations and looked like they were made from different bolts of fabric. The 800lb Gorilla is the size. The set is as the dimensions state but it is low to the ground and the backrest is short. That said it is very well priced and I can honestly say i love it. A few more throw pillows and off you go. I would even like to order the grey slip covers mentioned in another review and possibly 1 center and one end sofa cube to increase seating. Yeah we like the piece a lot. The seller has sent me 2 follow-up emails to make sure everything went well and I got all of the pieces. That's darn good customer service. My comment to them is if your going to send out in 2 boxes on 2 tracking numbers indicate it in the product description and customer receipt. If not the customer gets 1 box and a check on the website shows package delivered. I can see where this happened to another customer, and they never amended the 1 star review. Rather than amend my original review, I deleted it. This is a good set and the seller actually cares, 5 stars. ... show more

The set is built sturdy and looks beautiful. it is a nice piece to have as an accessory for sitting and possible lying down in the back. The pillows add a splash of color and looks nice. My son loves it and this fits perfectly in our back patio that is compact. Easy to move them around and for the price this looks far superior. Couple of suggestions to improve the product: Add a Velcro patch kit to hold the cushions, else they slip out, mainly the back cushions also increase the height of the backrest for better comfort. Love this outdoor couch. We got it bc it was such a great price and perfect color for our back deck. we were blown away by the sturdiness of it and how comfortable it is. Would highly recommend this couch, it’s such a great addition to any outdoor space.

Shorter seat depth than I expected, but I admit I didn't measure. Overall, for the price, it suits my smaller space. You'll need to strap the pieces together -- they slide around pretty easily. And I'm looking for a way to secure the cushions. My guess is it will last 3-5 years, before I'm tired of it or want something a little more substantial and comfortable. I just got this set yesterday so my opinion may change as I use this set but what I can say now is the set is perfect for my patio ! My husband and I were able to but it together in just over an hour . The instructions were easy . Each piece is labeled with a photo and item # along with a booklet for easy assembly . I see people complaining about not tightening up the screws all the way but the instructions clearly note on some pieces not to tighten all the way while putting it together . The pillows are a bit on the thin side but still nice considering the price . A larger set like this with thick cushions sell for way over $600 so I’m satisfied . The 2 boxes arrived in just a few days . The set itself is modern and cute . Now shopping for an area rug and some plants to liven the space up . I would recommend ! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I purchased a giant cover for this set and the cushions still molded. I have only had for 4 months and used a large weather proof cover daily. When I went to attempt to remove the seat cushion covering and wash it, like the seller claims you can I had a few problems: 1- the seat cushions don’t fit in a washing machine. 2- the inside was falling apart and left white shreds all over my patio 3- the actual cushion/ insert itself was very molded. I tried to wash the cushion cover with bleach and scrub MULTIPLE times and the mold didn’t come out. Also, you can see proof that the cushion covers aren’t outdoor friendly, because the actual cushion itself molded badly. I attempted the seller in hopes they would help and they definitely did not. BEWARE- NO OPTIONS OF ANY REPLACEMENT FOR CUSHIONS AND THEY ARE NOT WEATHER PROOF. Ultimately the seller responded and you can see their response in the video above. I think it was sketchy they wanted me to pay pal them money, then when I asked more questions they claimed the wear house didn’t have any. Very disappointed with this purchase. If you’re looking for a good bargain- this set definitely isn’t worth it. ... show more

This set looks great on my front deck! I was able to put it together in about 2 hrs by myself. I had a couple screws that wouldn’t go in as nicely as they should have, it seemed some holes were misaligned. But the instructions are very well written with photos. I also recommend using a small drill because your hands will get tired and the Allen wrenches this comes with were cheap and both the heads were stripped after I had the first couple sections together. However, this set seems to be great quality and looks really nice. I made sure to sit on it for awhile after I was finished putting it together and it’s pretty comfy too!
