  • Door switch holder
Door switch holder. I like the orange color holder so you don't forget it.

  • Works great
I use it for when I am working on furnaces. It’s nice to not waist electrical tape.

  • Needed this
Haven't used yet. But it beats holding the switch with one hand and working with the other

  • Little goofy but works
So far I've used this for a couple days. It has worked on every furnace I've encountered thus far. Those furnaces include Carrier (same as bryant and payne), Tempstar (same as heil and comfortmaker), Lennox, and Ruud (same as Rheem and Weather King). Haven't tried this on Trane, Goodman, York, etc. yet. This switch clip works but it does not fit how I expected. Every manufacturer has a different design for their door switch obviously. Clip was able to push in every switch and hold it but the switch has to either be on an angle or sit weird. As a universal tool, it is good. Still easier than using tape or wedging a screwdriver in the push button style ... show more

  • Cool Tool
I have one of these and used it quite often on the older Trane/AMS furnaces with the side door switches, or anything else with a side door switch. It doesn’t work on a lot of styles of furnaces and it is very pricey for being a 1-trick pony. Minus 1 star.
