This 14 ml tarp was put to use as a replacement roof for a horse turn-out shelter. The sturdy grommets attached well using metal epoxy treated zip ties. Only been up a few days but has weathered two bad Florida thunderstorms so far. It is as heavy as the manufacturers replacement cover but 1/6th of the cost, and the silver keeps things cooler. I would consider this tarp a midweight which is what I wanted to cover my kayak trailer. It seems tough enough to hold up yet light enough to handle. The silver color is amazing at reducing the heat intensity while in the sun.

This tarp is very strong! We got it to cover our chickens outside for a roof to keep them dry when storms come. We just fold it up and put it away when it’s nice out. It is made very well, does not leak and large in size.
