I bought this furniture for a backyard party that I was planning. The instructions for setup were fairly easy to follow and it was easy enough to do by myself. The cushions are 3 in thick high density foam and very comfortable. The back pillows are a fiber fill but could be a little denser, and the rattan is well made. This is a smaller set than many of the others that I saw online or in stores, which was great for me, because I am a petite woman and I didn't have a lot of deck space. For the price, I wasn't sure that I would be satisfied with the quality or appearance and I thought once I opened the box I would decide whether or not to return it. You should be aware that once you open the box this cannot be easily repackaged. The only difficulty I had was the packages of screws were not labeled for each piece of furniture, and the screws that were used to put almost all of it together were only a quarter inch length difference from each other. So, it was difficult to keep them separated at times. Otherwise, as long as You Follow the setup instructions,( I used a small electric screwdriver with an allen wrench bit), and don't tighten the screws until every last one is in, it goes together very easily. I put this set together, it was easy to assemble. The seats are comfortable and everything is sturdy. I purchase this set almost 3 years ago and its still going strong. After 3 years, the only thing it could use is some replacement cushions and that's because my dogs love the set too.

Ordering was easy and shipment on time, no damage. My husband put it together, it was an absolute nightmare. Poor labeling. Every piece should have been labeled not just a few. One of the long screws for the back and side piece on the left wouldn't advance for an unknown reason (in the female part on the back of the seat.) The table was missing another "T" piece therefore it couldn't be screwed into the other two sides because the holes were in the wrong spot! He was able to fabricate a solution. The look of the set is appealing and cushions comfortable. Probably different cushion color options would be nice as despite being washable, they will get dirty quickly outside. It is nice to be able to configure differently. But all in all I would not recommend purchasing this product as the quality control was poor before shipment. It would have been awful if he couldn't have fabricated a solution. Drilling not an option as it would have ruined the faux rattan. I'm sure trying to communicate and get what we needed would have been a total headache. As it stands, there is still a bolt sticking out of the left side. Disappointed! UPDATE: 8/14/19 revised based on sellers resolution of missing or damaged parts. The seller provided the missing/damaged pieces to the set, my husband resembled the set without issue. Daniel communicated often and well to make sure we were satisfied with the original product. Changed the rating to 3 stars, as labelling was a huge factor in putting together in a timely manner. ... show more

So this sectional is not Easy to put together. But it is beautiful! I am so happy i purchased this piece. It looks just like the pictures but better! Great value for the money. Alone it took me about 3 hours to put together but I’m sure would have been a lot quicker if i had another set of hands. Highly recommend. Sturdy and pretty. My first comment on amazon! I received it about 2 days after I made the order!!! It looks sooo great on my deck!! Worth the money! I did not expect this to look so good, also very sturdy. I was able to assemble it easily by myself in under an hour. If you follow the directions and not tighten your screws until ALL of them are in, the pieces go together just fine! Love the weave and color variegation! The cushions are good quality and comfortable. It's the perfect size for our patio. Can have several people relaxing and visiting or I can just lounge and relax by myself with my dogs~~~ ... show more
