The media could not be loaded. Upon receiving the package I inspected all of the lights and noticed that one of them was missing a lens. I was able to return the full set and replace it with a new one. Great service. The housing for the LEDs is metal and feel like it will stand up to some rocks and dirt hitting it. I mounted the main unit right under my dash and all of the wires were able to reach it. The installation was pretty easy just had to plan out the route for the wiring. After finishing everything up I downloaded the app but it was not working correctly. I deleted the app and the scanned the QR code that was directly on the main unit and then it downloaded the app again. After doing that it works perfectly fine now. I was also able to control the colored halos in my headlights with the app as well which was pretty cool. The app has a lot of cool features and a variety of patterns to choose from. The remote has various colors and a few different modes and works well but I recommend downloading the app for more. The lights are really bright and light up the whole undercarriage. The media could not be loaded. Let me start out by saying I like these rock lights. The rock lights are bright in any color. You can do any color you can think of with these rock lights. The app for the rock lights is easy to use. The app for the rock lights also found and connected very easily better then other apps I have used in the past. The rock lights have a lot of different modes you can do like strobe, fade, pulsating, music and more. You can make them change between colors with ease. If you are look to get a set of rock lights you can't go wrong with a set of these. The rock lights are easy to install. The placement I took was one under the front, one under the rear, one under the driver side center, one under the passenger side center, and one under the center of the top in each wheel well. Them come with nuts and bolts but I used self tapping screws the install the rock light it just made it a lot easier to do. On my 97 jeep wrangler tj I had plenty of wire to reach each location I put them in. I placed the control box on the fire wall under the hood and all the wires reached it with no problem most with alot of extra wire. I decided to hook them up useing a relay and a switch. You dont have to hook them up that way the remote and the app both can turn the rock lights on and off, but if you mainly want to use one color and the same settings each time I found it easy to do it this way. The rock lights remember the last setting and color they were on when shut off and power is removed. That is why I choose to hook them up to a switch. Pros: They are bright Easy to install App works well Has a remote if you dont want to use the app Remembers the last color and setting you had it on Will work off a switch if you choose to use one Cons: As of right now I dont have have any So long store short these rock lights are a good buy. I installed the lights and had a issue hooking them up the fuse kept blowing but I got it to work finally for about a week, then one day I come outside and there stuck on in the middle of the day, and I never switched them on that day. The module was burning hot and so was one of the lights, the coating on the wire for the light melted off cause it was so hot, I took the light out and now only running 7 lights, I’m waiting on a email back from the company, I just need one new light, worth the money just a product problem with my one light. Would definitely recommend ... show more

I was extremely skeptical when I bought these. First because I am a truly amateur electrician and second, because there was little to no information for my truck in the reviews, and what the heck this kit comes with. That being said, I was pleasantly surprised when these were delivered 1 day BEFORE Amazon said!! I was giddy with excitement and anticipation, I ran out to my truck, jerry rigged it to the battery, AND THEY ALL WORKED AND MY LORD ARE THEY BRIGHT!! I was also shocked that it came with a switch to turn them on and off and if you get the 6 piece it comes with extensions so no need to buy those $10 ones everybody recommends. The switch does feel pretty cheap and there’s no way to mount it so I have plans to replace it. Later that week, me and one of my friends went out and bought zip ties, self tapping screws and the cheapest drill we could find and spent about 10 min planning it out and 3 hours installing (including the HomeDepot run). The rubber backings are great and they held the lights nicely, I stabbed my wheel well plastics and drilled straight through them. Before I ran the cables, I tested all of them. Sure enough one of the lights wouldn’t turn green. I checked and cleaned all connections with no avail. So instead of installing all 4 in the wheel wells and 2 in the center of the truck, I scrapped the middle two and just did the wheel wells. I haven’t contacted the manufacturer yet, but I definitely will because this caused some serious rework and I’m a little mad. Okay so now they are installed. After becoming a zip tying expert, all 4 of them were installed. The rear cables came up right to the front of the driver side doors and I used the extensions to finish those and the fronts were easy. NOW the Bluetooth. I have the latest and greatest iPhone and it takes a good 15 seconds to connect. I know that doesn’t seem like a whole lot, but when you’re trying to show off, it seems like an eternity! The lights are still bright, and they change all the colors I want them too. I wish I could run them red on the public roads but I can’t. Other than the 1 light not working, they work fine and I’m generally impressed. Sorry for the jumbled review ... show more

Lights turn on and very bright. Cant get the controller to work and/or the phone app. Wont change colors. Customer service please fix this and send me a box that works! Until then 1 star reveiw for sending a faulty product! Edit: I made a complaint and requested a replacement Saturday night. Replacement arrived monday. Hooked it up and works great on bluetooth phone app and their controller. Works great. Thank you. ... show more
