I’ll start off by saying the lights are awesome. I bought two sets for both of my Jeeps and the installation and instructions were adequate. The app is easy to operate and the functions for the lights are simple. For some reason or another my wife’s control box stopped working. I immediately emailed customer service and got an immediate response. I couldn’t respond right away because I was out on a job and away for approximately 2 weeks. Even with not responding right away as soon as they sent what they asked for albeit late on my part they responded to me on the night before Christmas letting me know they would sent a replacement. If that’s not awesome customer service I don’t know what is. Note: for warranty purposes do not cut any wires. Absolutely no wires. If you’re not going to use them tuck them away securely. Amazing product, built quality is very good, really good light output, APP is very easy to use, I would definitely recommend this product. Update- first off all I want to say I love this product and the company. The customer support team is just amazing very nice, understanding, easy to work with and helpful. So I bought this product and the Quantum Pro control box stop working a month later I emailed the Opt7 customer service team and told them what had happened and I told the what I think is wrong and they listened and sent me a new Quantum Pro control box and my issues was fixed. This was the best and the most easiest experience I had ever to get my problem fixed. They are the best and I’m a customer for life and I recommend this product if everyone is looking for rock lights for their car. If you want the best you have to buy the best and Opt7 product and the people at Opt7 are just that #1. ... show more

I love how the lights can change to multiple colors and how durable they are. I had problems with mine turning on at random times but I emailed them and they are going to send me a part replacement and they were super responsive and patient

I have made many purchases from this company and the quality is severely starting to lack. I used to love these products and the last four products I have purchased have had to be replaced getting customer service to work with quality control is like pulling teeth. I have had issues with these rock lights randomly powering on on their own, changing colors on their own with no prevail to troubleshooting I was also very disappointed in the light output, especially for the size of these units. I would’ve expected a lot more from them. They have a rubber coating over the LEDs, which are a magnet for dust Decreasing the brightness even further. ... show more

These rock lights are extremely well built and durable; the install was fairly easy (fishing the wires up the body of the vehicle was the hardest part.) There was almost EXACTLY the amount of wire I needed, I did have the use all 6 extensions that they send though and the ones in the back were pretty close. I am mostly using the white feature on these lights, however the other colors look amazing too. Personally, I chose to wire them to a rocker switch, but the remote seems to work pretty well all things considered, it does take a second press sometimes to get it to register from inside the vehicle, but the receiver is mounted in my engine bay which may be why. I wish they did give you a better explanation of what the mini key chain did, as I have not really been able to figure out how to work it, but again the rocker switch makes this a non-issue for my installation.
