I purchased this for my wife, while she likes it my Daughter has claimed this as her go to for relaxing. I highly advise painting the bottom of the stand with a durable outdoor paint as this is on the ground and may lead to scratches and rust! and yes always take in the cloth hammock to keep it in good shape ... show more

Bought this for my wife for mothers day. She got to use it all of 2 times before we had to bring it in from a rainstorm. Upon doing so we found that all of the connection materials, I.e. chains, S hooks etc., were not attached either to the frame or to the hammock. So we realized we only had one chain and S hook. We have been looking for 2 months now and can't find it anywhere. Regardless the fact that these do not come attached to either end of the hammock or to the frame, like almost all hammocks do, is beyond me. So now we have a useless hammock and frame and with all the other things happening in life and death this is not something I want to go to home depot to fix. ... show more

No instructions or photo although it wasn’t difficult to figure out. Mother’s Day gift and metal was wrapped but had scratches all over it. Concerned it will rust or I will have to touch up the product myself. Either way not happy that I’m fixing a product I purchased new.

I am 5'8" and my bf is 6', when we lay on the pillow our feet are on the strings, and there is a steep curve when you lay on it, your feet are way up so it isn't something that is comfortable laying on for long periods of time.
