We absolutely love our new outdoor fireplace. It comes with the ash tray and grate to hold the logs. We were going to pay 5k to have the patio guy build one on the wall, instead we decided to give this one a try and save 3k. It has met all our expectations and has been used daily since it arrived. It is very heavy so you will need someone to help you lift it to set it up. Easy to set up and very solid. Looking forward to enjoying many ourdoor fires with our family & friends. One thing to note though... don't store wood underneath the fire area, only store it on the sides. The ash tray dropped some lit ashes onto Logs below and they caught fire. Avoid it by not putting wood underneath the center area. ... show more

I ordered the Sunjoy Atticus Wood Burning Fireplace and was a little hesitant purchasing such a large item via Amazon sight unseen but couldn't be happier with my purchase. It really does look better in person than in the pictures. It is very classy. After seeing outdoor fireplaces at landscaping centers and their cost of at least 2x this product this seems like a good value. The product should hold up for many years as it is built very well. It arrived very well packaged and protected ... I mean really well packaged! The assembly is very straight forward as there are very few actual parts to this product. There are only 6 steps and if you can turn a screwdriver then you can assemble this. I would highly recommend having another able bodied adult to move it to its final destination as it is heavy. I look forward to using this quite a bit! ... show more

This is a five star product and I love it except it all was not there. The fire poker was not in the box and it is imposable to get a hold of anyone for help. I love the fireplace I just want the piece that they shorted me.

Works great. Easy to assemble. Nice and sturdy. Delivery took a while, but that is to be expected with such a large item. For assembly, they mark each piece with a sticker. I wish the stickers were easier to get off (some were on the front of pieces and visible after assembly - until we scratched them off). Be warned THE BOX IS EXTREMELY LARGE & HEAVY but once you get passed that, it’s SO EASY TO PUT TOGETHER. There’s a YouTube video that shows you how. I get compliments whenever we have guests over.
