This is an amazing home gym. It takes 5-6 hours to set up. However, that is only because it it is so sturdy and has so many different exercises, both cable and free weight options. It is worth every minute. The pieces are solid and built to last. It all fits together perfectly. It’s nice that they provide written and video instructions for installation. If you have ever assembled an IKEA cabinet, dresser drawers or shelving, you have the necessary skills to assemble this machine. It is easier to assemble with 2 people. Our assembly took 4 hours. It comes with the necessary 17mm and 19mm wrench and alan wrenches. We used our own socket wrenches, but it was nice to see that the necessary tools to assemble the machine were included. I will keep these nearby just in case I need tighten any of the nuts in the future. The machine is great. It allows many different exercises and the convenience of the weight stack is great. If/when we want to do reps with weight that exceeds the weight of the stack, the included smith bar with separate weights (purchased separately) is available for heavier leg or chest workouts. The machine is sturdy enough for normal use. I will move this from its current area to our workout room when construction is finished. It is not sturdy enough to move to another room as an entire unit, so I will disassemble/re-assemble it when I move it to a new room. Customer service has been the best I have experienced in a long time. I ordered the wrong machine and they help me re-order this machine. I also received a friendly follow up to make sure the new machine arrived as promised. If you want a machine that will allow you all of the necessary exercises for weight training, this one will work well. If you are training for Mr./Mrs. Universe, you might want a machine with only free weights, but this one is incredibly convenient with the stack weights and numerous adjustments that support many different exercises. ... show more

A real good value and save money and time going to the gym.It came two boxes the first week and four more the day after then took four days to assemble I'm a senior so I take my time which made it easy to put all the parts together just by my self and now getting a great work out. This is an amazing home gym. It does everything my husband and I would want to do at home in the comfort of our garage. It’s sturdy and well made and comes with all the accessories that you need. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is the assembly instructions are not good. They are not specific and no parts are labeled. There are a lot of parts. But you install it right, it’s worth it. Takes time to assemble. I used the equipment for a week now and it bods very well. It's a total gym, there qre so many exercises that you can do. Its limitless.

This product is a sturdy and good quality for working out at home. It’s pretty easy to install, the instruction is easy to understand. The color black and silver work well together make the whole machine looks really nice. I did a lot of research before I bought and I think with this price no brand can beat it. It has almost everything I need for my home gym. It’s very convenient all in one with chest workout, leg press, lat pulldown on the back and the front with smith machine and cable pulley system. The thing I like the most is the weight stacks, no need to change weight plates everytime I want to increase the weight just pull out and select new weight in one second. The package came in 5 boxes first then the last box came in several days after. I contacted the seller and they responded really quick and helpful.
