This is horrible! When 2 of us were assembling it, as we lifted the legs 2 of them snapped and broke, I thne went to the hardware store to try and figure a way to secure the legs down anyway. I used all the ropes and stakes to stake it down, and it completely blew away. Hello this is the second green house I have owned the first lasting around 4 years I bought a new one and got it all set up and noticed it has a tear in the roof seam.i was hoping sundale would be able to send me the new plastic for the green house so the whole thing don't need to be torn apart and shipped back I have looked for ways to contact them in the Amazon app and I get a 404 error to there website. Any help would be appreciated or I will be returning the whole greenhouse. ... show more

Like others said the instruction are not the best. Once you figure out their code it starts to fall in place as to where each piece goes. I am missing a piece and I just want that item so I can get the thing together. I bought it because I need it, not to have it sit half assembled in my yard. I have reached out to the manufacturer with no luck and even after talking with Amazon I have had no luck. Amazon offered a $35 credit, the thing cost $145, so that’s a no. They offered to let me return it, uhm, the stupid thing is half assembled and I am not going to break it down just so I can drag the box to ups to return. I’m not sure what I am supposed to do with this jungle gym type thing now. 😠 ... show more
